Exchanges & Returns
If you wish to exchange an item this is possible, however exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
1) You have received the wrong merchandise - you did not receive what you ordered as listed in the confirmation email (sent to you when you placed your order).
2) You have ordered the wrong size.
* Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless we have sent the wrong size or item.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order for exchange or refund only. All returns must be approved by HERNETIX.
Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from receipt of order at your shipping address.

ALL CUSTOM, SPECIAL ORDERS, WORN OR SCRATCHED ITEMS, OR ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
In the event of HERNETIX sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the original item to us within 14 days of receipt. When you send your item back to HERNETIX we will process the returned item and HERNETIX will notify you via e-mail of your refund.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your return.
How Refunds Are Calculated
If Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect:
If you are returning an item because of an error on HERNETIX's part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us once we have received the item and have assessed the damage, defect or incorrect delivery (either via a personalised pre-paid return label, or by refunding your return postage costs). Please obtain a receipt of delivery in order to secure a refund for your delivery costs. HERNETIX will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to not refund you.
Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items
You may only cancel your order via email up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel.
You are responsible for all shipping costs. HERNETIX may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out and no longer available - in most instances we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to discuss your order.
In the event of partial orders, HERNETIX will ship the items in-stock and remove any items out of stock from your order.
All orders will be confirmed with you via e-mail prior to delivery and after we receive your payment.
